ELIZABETH ATILANO-MELVIN
Executive Director

Elizabeth has been the Executive Director since 2011. She has 16 years' experience as an insurance broker, risk management consultant, and JPA/Risk Pool Program manager for CA school districts and government agencies.

KRISTEN PIFKO
Controller

Kristen began working for VCSSFA in May 2018. She is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and has spent the last five years as the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services at Rio School District. Prior to that, she was the Director of Accounting at Las Virgenes Unified School District.

RUSS OLSEN
Director of Risk Management

Russ has been with VCSSFA for nearly 20 years. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Science and nearly 30 years of experience in safety, hazardous materials management, environmental compliance, and workers' compensation.

JACLYN BULL
Executive Assistant

Jaclyn began working for VCSSFA in March 2016. She is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and spent 5 years in the department for Health & Prevention at the Ventura County Office of Education.

AMANDA RAGATZ
Office Assistant

Amanda began working for VCSSFA in June of 2018. She has over 10 years of experience as an administrative professional.

 

MICHELLE KELLY
Risk Manager

Michelle began working for VCSSFA in 2018, as a risk manager from VCSSFA's broker, Tolman & Wiker. She has over 25 years of safety and risk experience. She is a graduate of Scripps College.
