The Liability Program is a pooled program with all members sharing in the costs of claims. To this end, it is also the expectation of the VCSSFA Board of Directors that each member will not only do its part in controlling its losses, but will adhere to the policies and procedures established and approved by the VCSSFA Board for the timely reporting and administration of claims by the TPA. Any conflicts dealing with coverage or claims settlements between the Member District and the VCSSFA are to be addressed under the Alternative Dispute Resolution as described in VCSSFA's Liability Coverage Memorandum. Any dispute between the Member District and the TPA are resolved at the Executive Committe level.
